[https://kafka.apache.org/community/cve-list/] contains many new entries
published on 10/28. Most of the recent additions have an impact on 3.9 so we
should backport the fixes preparing for the proposed 3.9.3 release.
The idea is to create a new subtask for each individual CVE and handle them in
separate PRs. This is mostly needed because 3.9 is an old base and backports
probably won't be clean.
