[~junrao] Partitioner#partition method has next signature:
```
public int partition(String topic, Object key, byte[] keyBytes, Object value,
byte[] valueBytes, Cluster cluster);
```
Do we also want to make Partitioner interface generic? Or we want serialize key
and value objects MockProducer#partition method?
