Things to consider/to do:
# Raise an Apache INFRA ticket to finalize the migration process. INFRA
prefers to new "asf-site" branch for site docs..
# checkout the site docs from svn and remove all .svn folders
# open a github pull request and commit the site docs
# Inform INFRA team to complete the migration.
