For New Producer API, kafka-producer-perf-test.sh can't configure all to
request-num-acks :
bin]# ./kafka-producer-perf-test.sh --topic test --broker-list host:port
--messages 1000000 --message-size 200 --new-producer --sync --batch-size 1
--request-num-acks all
