Copying latest version docs to kafka repo

Hi Kafka Devs,

   Current svn website has the following directory structure.

   082/
   083/
   code.html
   coding-guide.html
   committers.html
   contact.html
   contributing.html
   diagrams/
   documentation.html
   downloads.html
    images
    includes/
    index.html

    I will be coping  083/ folder contents to  kafka/docs folder.
 kafka/docs will contain only latest version docs.
