[~parth.brahmbhatt], thanks a lot for the pathc. A few followup items from the
jira.
1. Could you file a jira to do the end to end acl integration test? This can
probably just be a unit test.
2. Could you document the usage of acl command in a wiki?
3. There is the following unused import in Authorizer. Probably you can include
the fix in the integration test.
