[~rsivaram] Having tests is better than not having tests, so if some can be
addressed with MiniKDC, I think that's fine. And nothing prevents us from
eventually having both MiniKDC and KDC Ducktape services and just using
whichever is easiest/most appropriate for a given test. So I think it's
definitely worthwhile to submit what you have based on MiniKDC.
