I have 2 patches available for KIP-4 that implement some of the new message types. Given that these effect the wire protocol, a vote will be required to make these changes. Before that occurs I would like to get some initial feedback and discussion. If you could review and discuss the protocol changes and even that patches if you like it would be greatly appreciated.
