The Connect documentation has some HTML formatting issues
(http://kafka.apache.org/0100/documentation.html#connect_connectorexample).
Starting from the sentence "The commit API stores the offsets..." the fonts
become fixed width (or code). It should NOT be using the "code" CSS class.
