    MINOR: Increase default `waitTime` in `waitUntilTrue` to 10 seconds

    5 seconds is probably enough when running tests locally, but
    doesn't seem to be so for Jenkins when it is overloaded.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/ijuma/kafka 
increase-default-wait-time-for-wait-until-true
