If you set outputStreamId in SpoutConfig for kafka spout, topology sends tuples
to another stream. The wrong stream name is topicName.
In ParttionManager class collector.emit(_spoutConfig.topic, tup, new
KafkaMessageId(_partition, toEmit.offset())); should change to
collector.emit(_spoutConfig.outputStreamId, tup, new KafkaMessageId(_partition,
toEmit.offset()));.
