[WIP]: add a consumer leave group config
Add a new config to ConsumerConfig, `leave.group.on.close`. When set to
`false` then the `AbstractCoordinator` will not send the `LeaveGroupRequest`.
Default is `true`.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/dguy/kafka consumer-leave-group-config
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/kafka/pull/2627.patch
To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
