Yes, the features descriptor location has changed:
http://repo2.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/karaf/assemblies/features/standard/2.2.0/standard-2.2.0-features.xml
http://repo2.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/karaf/assemblies/features/enterprise/2.2.0/enterprise-2.2.0-features.xml
That's why, tiers projects should avoid to use the <repository> tag in
the features descriptor.
