I'd like to second the EOL for Pax-Web's (PW) 1.0.x branch, and creating a 1.1.x release.
When I first read the idea of incrementing PW and then pushing it into a minor release of Karaf, I was against it. However, the change is necessary, and the PW api is not a major change, like moving to java 7.0. As such, I also think that incrementing Pax-web in our next minor release is ok.
