we talked about 4 or 5 bundles maximum (JAXB, Woodstox, etc).
It's not a big deal in term of Karaf distribution side.
The other concern is if an user want to use the package from the JRE:
the user has to uncomment the package in the jre.properties, and remove
the features from the bootFeatures.
Anyway, this issue will be addressed by Karaf Profiles in the future.
I'm quite +1 to add it in Karaf 2.2.6 and 3.0.0 (for now, waiting for
the profiles).
