Thanks Claus, not sure if it's the expect extra step for the new jira.
Anyway, as I can find if it grant Apache License or not somewhere so I can bear with it.

If you click on "manage attachments" you can see the ASF license granted or not.
But yeah its annoying you cannot see this on the regular JIRA ticket
page. So you need to click on that button first to see the license.
