I just updated the crontab that send the Jira attachment e-mail to
support the latest Apache Jira update.
jbonofre@minotaur:~/bin$ crontab -l

However, it doesn't work.
I gonna check the Karaf ID in Jira (if it's still 12311140) and ping Dan
to help on that.
