The release notes include every jira that was involved in the creation
of the particular RC, so
* [KARAF-681] - Upgrade to Pax URL 1.3.4
* [KARAF-1431] - Upgrade to Pax URL 1.3.5
are both captured in the release notes.
I can see the confusion this could cause however - perhaps adding
"historical note, now version ${version}" to each entry like this
would be satisfactory?
