[UPDATE] Karaf 2.2.x release branch status.

Hi All,

We'd like to schedule a Karaf 2.2.x patch update release. There currently
are 19 resolved issues on the branch that we'd like to make available.
Remaining issues on 2.2.11 will be moved to 2.2.12.

- The Karaf Team
