Thank you for running an issue review, it's always good to have a quick
reanalysis of to fix versions (really it should be an on-going process so
we can avoid doing bulk reviews - i like to discuss changing versions in
the issue discussions so we track issue & its management in the same
place).

Personally I believe with the shift towards OSGi Rev 5 in Karaf 3.0.0 that
the next build should be 3.0.0.RC2 -- changing the spec version truly
requires some opportunity for wider testing.
