Concern about new feature in blue-print core ( ie blueprint-core-1.1.1-SNAPSHOT is now blueprint-1.2-SNAPSHOT )

Due to https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ARIES-1082

which pumps blueprint-core from 1.1.1-SNAPSHOT to 1.2.0-SNAPSHOT

This means karaf 2.3.2 will also pick it up eventually ( since
1.1.1-SNAPSHOT is no longer support )

isn't better to release blueprint-core-1.1.1 first before adding new
feature? to reduce regression in karaf 2.3.2?
