We don't use wiki at Karaf. If you want to contribute on documentation,
just submit patches or git request.
For the Jira, I gonna give the karma to you.
Regarding committership, I look forward to see patches from you. I would
be pleased to mentor you in this process (that could be long).
Committership is an important responsibility ("with great power comes
great responsability"). So you don't ask for getting it, you prove that
you deserve it ;)
We did mistakes in the past to promote guys too quickly and they didn't
contribute since a couple of initial patches.
