...hout this fix the bundles of the referenced features in a features that
was defined in <installedFeatures> or <bootFeatures> were not copied to the
system folder of the assembly.

Without this fix the bundles of the referenced features in a features that was
defined in <installedFeatures> or <bootFeatures> were not copied to the system
folder of the assembly.
