config:edit not bound correctly

Version:  3.0.2-SNAPSHOT   from today

I have three bundles that register a PID for ConfigAdmin.  Normally, when I
run a config:list I see the pid for each configuration bound to my bundle.
Now I am seeing all of them bound to
mvn:org.apache.karaf.config/org.apache.karaf.config.core/3.0.2-SNAPSHOT.

When I run, config:edit {pid}
config:property-set
config:update

I get an error stating that the bundle is already bound to config.core no
visibility.  (I am paraphrasing.)

Any ideas?
