Hi Scott,
Did you encounter the "bundle cache corruption" issue again ?
After some investigation, it seems related to region feature.
I would recommend:
1/ to remove the region feature from featuresBoot in
etc/org.apache.karaf.features.cfg
2/ to remove region bundle from etc/startup.properties
