as some of the issues were fixed I did not reopen it. You are right of
course that the issue is not fully fixed.
We can track the issue as I reopened the upgrade to jline 2.13.
I hope we soon have a jline 2.13.1 which fixes the issues so we can then
hopefully resolve this in karaf 4.0.2.
