Hi JB, I cannot find org.apache.aries.blueprint:org.apache.aries.blueprint.cm:jar:1.0.9 in a public repo, but it's required due to https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KARAF-4556. According to https://github.com/apache/aries/commits/trunk/blueprint/blueprint-cm the release was cancelled.
