[HEADS UP] Apache Karaf 4.2.11 release to vote today

Hi guys,

I’ve almost finished the preparation of the 4.2.11 release.

I just have 7 Jira to check (and eventually postpone to 4.2.12).

So, I plan to submit Karaf 4.2.11 to vote today.

About 4.3.1, I plan to release it tomorrow.
