Hi everyone, I would like to "relive" this thread.
I think we had a consensus about moving to GitHub Issues for Karaf projects (Karaf runtime, Decanter, Cellar, ...). In the same effort, I will also start to create GitHub Actions (I will create PRs about that). If there are no objections, I will move forward on this, updating the .asf.yaml to "enforce" clean use there (I will create a PR).
