Hi

About github:
- I moved karaf-cellar (I'm moving the Jira manually as there's not a lot)
- for karaf, I fixed the CI (using github actions). I have an issue
with dependabot that I have to fix (I'm investigating right now).
About Jira "migration", I plan to create the first ones manually. We
can use your tools to the rest.

Regards
JB
