[HEADS UP] Back on the Karaf 4.5.0 prep

Hi everyone,

Now that we released Apache Karaf 4.4.10, we can focus on Karaf 4.5.0.

I'm starting the triage/issues creation on GitHub and resume the work on
the flat resolver.

I will keep you posted soon.

The goal is to submit the 4.5.0 release to vote at the end of March.
