[HEADS UP] Focus on Karaf 4.5.0 this month

Hi everyone

FYI, I worked on several changes for 4.5.0. I will create the PRs soon
(starting this weekend).

I propose to focus on 4.5.0 for the coming weeks. It would be great to RC
4.5.0 end of July.
