Wiped and what not :) clean slate!

I've added a few projects from scratch; httpd, kibble, trafficserver and
kudu, solely based on my own interests. I'd like to add more, but we
should probably cap it at 20 projects or so, to not make scanning too
slow. It's currently going through bugzilla tickets for httpd, will take
a few hours to complete (it runs a single-threaded continuous scan, so
as to not bring down the service).

Perhaps in the to-be-done email to all the projects, we can ask if there
are projects interested in being guinea pigs here?
