demo.kibble.apache.org certificate expired

Hi Kibble devs,

yesterday I got an error when retrieving

https://demo.kibble.apache.org/

as the certificate expired Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at 2:03:47 PM.

I updated the existing old and closed INFRA-21231 ticket with a new comment, as 
 I couldn't reopen it. 

May be better to open a new ticket?
