Hi! As you may know, only PRs from members get the GH Actions to run promptly. Otherwise, it would require a member to approve and run the action.
The default behavior is to only require approval for first-time contributors, which is fair. But on our repos, the configuration is to request approval every time. This can be cumbersome for recurrent contributors who are not members. So I'll open a JIRA to request a change to our repos so we don't have to approve a GH run every time a recurrent contributor sends a PR.
