I'd like to propose to use for the weekly meetings something outside the corporate infrastructure.
My suggestion is to start with the free Zoom - which is limited to 40 minutes. The downside is that it's associated with a personal account, so if the host is not able to attend, we won't be able to have the meeting. (I'm already in contact with Apache Foundation infra asking if there's a better alternative). I'm still not sure what we could use for agenda and minutes... also open for suggestions!
