Ok. I now can see why you are supporting the current proposal ;). However, in order to accept it, I would like to link this temporary proposal with a future one that accepts that tools repo cannot be the final one on the ci stream (and remove the freeze condition on the other repos, which is as absurd as runtime imposing a freeze on drools). Without that compromise to fix the tools repo overall position in our project, I cannot accept this temporary solution, because someone can argue that, after all, is conceptually fine, which, in my opinion, is not the case.
