1) Ok, if that is the case, I do not get why your first proposal was not
the one I'm proposing and it is apparently not detailed enough. To move
kn-workflow from tooling to operator one and change the order in which the
repos are being processed. Basically, the problem of the proposed solution
is that it kind of converts tooling repo into a pretty heterodox repo
compared with runtimes, drools or operator one. Also once tooling is not a
final repo in the overall chain, we can consider moving examples as the
final one and include tooling showcases there (rather than splitting
examples into examples with tooling and examples without tooling).
2) I think this distinction between A and B is one between several possible
categorizations (not much, including no categorization at all) that
deserves a separate discussion. I will open a separate thread for that
purpose, since we are not going to change that now and it is not really
part of the proposal.
