Hello, given recent progress with release staging tasks as shared by Rodrigo in another thread, we're hopefully reaching the final phase of the release.
Myself, I will be unavailable for the rest of the month and as I am still an appointed Release Manager this would lead to further delays. Thus I need to step down from that role and if I may, also propose Rodrigo Antunes as the candidate for this role. He's the expert on the release preparations tasks and CI, and since the role would require the person to be well aware of all the technical details (at least during first releases) , I think Rodrigo is currently the best candidate (regardless if I'd be around or not anyway).
