Hi Ricardo, yes, kie-tools is part of the release.
We are currently running KIE Tools release job which has ~27 sub-jobs. We were able to successfully run 20 of them and their release artifacts can be found here: https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/incubator/kie/10.0.0-rc1/ We still have some issues to sort out, mostly related to images build but we expect to fix all them by tomorrow. I'll share a new status tomorrow.
