+1 [x] Download KIE artifacts are valid. [x] Checksums and PGP signatures are valid. [x] Source code distributions have correct names matching the current release. [x] LICENSE and NOTICE files are correct. [x] All files have license headers if necessary. As has been pointed out by others already, there are files without headers. It would make sense to work on an exclude list for the RAT tool to make it easier to perform this validation. [x] No compiled archives bundled in source archive. [x] Can compile from source.
