I have a possible use case for Dashbuilder that is outside of KIE. Could be
we never pick it, but I am approaching this issue from this point of view.

Thinking that I was not involved in the KIE community already, it would
cause some confusion as to why it is a part of the same build and release
cycle. I feel like it would be beneficial for Dashbuilder as a project to
have its own documentation and releases. It would likely also be beneficial
for the KIE community to narrow down what is covered by our repositories
and documentation. I am asking if we would take Dashbuilder in, if it was
to be added today?

A move would be ideal. Fork always gives me the feeling that the people in
the project split due to political or technical difficulties.
