Hello, Sorry for the late follow up on this, but here goes.
We should not vote on everything, but since this is something that affects voting and the proposal did have some comments about the content, perhaps we should vote on this.
The guidelines we would add are modified from the Apache originals based on our previous action patterns as a KIE group. The goal is to make it clear what who can vote, who has binding vote and what is needed for a vote to pass.
