After 10.0.0 important changes happened in codebase with deep impact on KIE
tools pipelines.

Things like new image (db-migration), new accelerator embedded in KIE tools
repo, and the removal do Kogito images repo… is requiring a lot of review
and code changes in pipelines.

This might take longer than originally planned.
