I guess the discussion part of this is. Do we want to have some monthly
check up this status at the list?
There is no higher power to assign these, so we need to figure out a way
make sure they progress over time. All, but one was opened in 2024. We
have 3, soon 4 closed. At this pace we get them all done around ~2030.
Of course it is not that simple, but right now there are several still
open and no assignee.

If you have any tickets related to graduation, please mark them and
set the progress. If something is not being worked on, feel free to
assign to yourself. If you only know how to do a small bit, make a
subticket and do that. For example I will do the Optaplaner bits in
#1711 Minified JavaScript/CSS Files issue.
