About the point: Remove GWT-based BPMN/DMN/Scesim, I want to share my availability to support Tiago in that task. The only recommendation I have about that task is, obviously, to check all the places where the old editors are referenced and used (eg- VSCode extension, Sandbox, standalone apps), and replace them with the new Editors.
