Vladimir Tkhir created KNOX-343:
-----------------------------------
Summary: Knox PID directory does not exists on Ubuntu after reboot
Key: KNOX-343
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KNOX-343
Project: Apache Knox
Issue Type: Bug
Components: Server
Environment: Ubuntu 12.04.4
Reporter: Vladimir Tkhir
Unable to start Knox after Ubuntu reboot.
# su -l knox -c "/usr/lib/knox/bin/gateway.sh start"
Directory /usr/lib/knox/pids does not exist.
/var/run on Ubuntu is a symlink to /run directory which is tmpfs and cleans on
each reboot
