Step
1. sudo yum install knox
2. cd $gateway_home
3. sudo -u knox bin/gateway.sh start
Notice that setup step was skipped. Step #3 said Knox was started but it wasn't
started. The error log gives no indication that gateway.sh setup step to create
master password was omitted.
