All candidate URLs in the request line, headers and request and response bodies 
should be parsed as literals.  Specifically and characters with meaning to 
templates (e.g. {}*$) should be ignored.  This for example can prevent Oozie 
workflow-config.xml files from being handled properly.  One such example file 
is attached.
