The Templeton API appears to have a couple of APIs that do not accept a version
identifier within the URL. In particular, a the URL to get the list of
supported versions does not include a v1 - which makes sense. There is also
support for a GET request to the root templeton service path without any API
version identifier.
The webhcat service contributor will need register an additional pattern
without the "v1" identifier.
